The Critical Infrastructure sub-sectors of the "Transport" sector are:

  • Road transport
  • Rail transport
  • Airline
  • Inland waterway transport
  • Short sea shipping and ports

In accordance with H.G. no. 35/2019 for the designation of the public responsible authorities in the field of national and European critical infrastructure protection, the responsible public authority in the European Critical Infrastructure Sector "Transports" is the Ministry of Transport.
