Critical Infrastructure Subsectors of the "National Culture and Heritage" sector are:
- Public cultural institutions;
- Protecting national cultural heritage.
In accordance with H.G. no. 35/2019 for the designation of the public responsible authorities in the field of national and European critical infrastructure protection, the responsible public authority in the sector of National Critical Infrastructure "National Culture and Heritage" is the Ministry of Culture and National Identity.
