Body

The Critical Infrastructure subsectors of the "Energy" sector are:

  • Electricity, including nuclear-electric - capacities and facilities for production, storage / storage, distribution and transport networks;
  • Petroleum and petroleum derivatives - capacities and installations for extraction / production, refining, treatment, storage / storage, distribution and transport via pipelines, terminals;
  • Natural gas and natural gas derivatives - capacities and facilities for extraction / production, refining, treatment, storage / storage, distribution and transport via pipelines, terminals;
  • Mineral resources.

In accordance with H.G. no. 35/2019 for the designation of the responsible public authorities in the field of national and European critical infrastructure protection, the public authorities responsible for the "Energetic" national critical infrastructure sector are the Ministry of Economy and the Ministry of Energy.

Orders issued in the critical infrastructure sector "Energetic":

  • Order of the Minister of Economy, Commerce and Business Environment no. 1.178 of 6 June 2011 to establish the sectorial criteria and critical thresholds for the ICN / E sector - national / European critical infrastructure - "Energetic".
