HEALTH SECTOR

The Critical Infrastructure Subsectors of the Health Sector:

  • Medical and hospital care;
  • Medicines, serums, vaccines, pharmaceuticals;
  • Biolaborators and bioagents;
  • Medical emergency and health services.

In accordance with H.G. no. 35/2019 for the designation of the responsible public authorities in the field of national and European critical infrastructure protection, the public authorities responsible in the National Critical Infrastructure Sector "Health" are the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of National Defense.

Orders issued in critical infrastructure sector "Health":

  • Common Order of the Ministry of Health Nr. 965 of August 1, 2011 and the Ministry of Education, Research, Youth and Sport Nr. 4.778 of 3 August 2011 no. 965 of 1 August 2011 approving the Critical Infrastructure Criteria for Designation of Critical Infrastructures for the Health Sector;
  • Order of the MApN no. M.238 of 23 December 2019 for establishing the sectoral criteria and critical thresholds related to the ICN sector - national critical infrastructure - "Health".
