In accordance with H.G. no. 35/2019 for the designation of the public authorities responsible for the protection of national and European critical infrastructures, the public authorities responsible for the National Critical Infrastructure Sector "Space and Research" are the Ministry of Research and Innovation, the Ministry of National Education and the Romanian Space Agency.
Orders issued in critical infrastructure sector "Space and Research":
- Order of the Ministry of Education, Research, Youth and Sport no. 4.587 of 13 July 2011 on the approval of sectoral criteria and related critical thresholds for the purpose of identifying national critical infrastructures in the Space and Research sector.
