INDUSTRY SECTOR

The Critical Infrastructure subsectors of the Industry sector are:

  • Production, processing, storage and use of chemical and nuclear and radioactive materials;
  • Dangers of dangerous products / chemicals.

In accordance with H.G. no. 35/2019 for the designation of the responsible public authorities in the field of national and European critical infrastructure protection, the responsible public authority in the national critical infrastructure sector "Industry" is the Ministry of Economy.

Orders issued in the critical infrastructure sector "Industry":

  • Common Order of the Ministry of Economy, Commerce and Business Environment Nr. 1.177 of June 6, 2011 and the Ministry of Education, Research, Youth and Sports Nr. 4.496 of 29 June 2011 for the establishment of critical sector criteria and critical thresholds for the NCI - National Critical Infrastructure - "Chemical and Nuclear Industry".
