Protect yourself, avoid direct contact!

Avoid crowded areas where you are exposed to direct contact and/or interaction with a large number of people, such as public gatherings, queues, heavy traffic areas, recreation areas.

Keep children away from those playgrounds that involve the touching of common surfaces/objects by a large number of children.

Limit as much as possible any direct contact with other people, outside of those who are part of the restricted family, through gestures such as: shaking hands, hugging, kissing cheeks or hands, touching faces with hands.

It is recommended, including with people you live with, NOT to come into direct contact until after sanitizing your hands when you return home.

Avoid touching surfaces that are frequently touched by other people, such as: railings, doorknobs, handles, elevator or access buttons.

if you do have to touch these surfaces, protect yourself by using disposable wipes.
