in the Official Gazette no. 264 of April 5, 2019, Decision no. 68 of April 4, 2019 regarding the approval of the Methodology for the organization and execution of controls at the level of public authorities responsible in the field of critical infrastructure protection and of owners/operators/administrators of national/European critical infrastructures. This methodology regulates the way of organizing and executing controls at A. P. R. And P/O/A, establishing the concept and types of control, the purpose and principles, the general and specific objectives, the organization and conduct of the control, general rules regarding the competence, the documents that are drawn up during and at the end of the activity and the measures to improve the activity.
