WATER, LAND AND ENVIRONMENT SECTOR

Critical Infrastructure Subsectors of the Water, Forests and Environment sector:

  • Provision of drinking water and sewerage;
  • Quality and quantity control of water;
  • Environment protection;
  • Forest and hunting fund protection.

In accordance with H.G. no. 35/2019 for the designation of the responsible public authorities in the field of national and European critical infrastructure protection, the public authorities responsible for the national critical infrastructure sector "Water, forests and the environment" are the Ministry of Regional Development and Public Administration, Ministry of Health, Ministry of Waters and Forests, Ministry of the Environment and the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development.
