In accordance with H.G. no. 35/2019 for the designation of the responsible public authorities in the field of protection of national and European critical infrastructures, the public authorities responsible for the National Critical Infrastructure Sector "Financial-Banking" are the Ministry of Public Finance and the National Bank of Romania.
